What is Kaplan Virtual Career Fair?

Kaplan Virtual Career Fair aims to assist employer to leverage on this platform to showcase the company’s career opportunities and hire the right people/students.

 

What is the participating criteria for the Kaplan Virtual Career Fair?

Company is open to hire Kaplan students/graduates, public Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs.

Only relevant related positions are accepted:

  • Business Management (Human Resource, Marketing)
  • InfoComm Technology
  • Banking and Finance
  • Hospitality
  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics

Positions offered should be minimally diploma level

Rank & File positions are strictly not accepted

Companies are required to update Kaplan of the interview outcome of shortlisted candidates

 

How long is the duration of the Virtual Career Fair?

The Virtual Career Fair is from 1 March 2018 – 31 March 2018.

 

Where do I register for an employer job posting account?

  • Login to https://kaplan.findsgjobs.com/ to register for an employer job posting account.
    • Under ‘For Employer’ tab, click ‘Recruitment Needs’

 

How can I change the contact person or reset my account?

If a change of email address or person in-charge is required, please contact ecareerfair@findsgjobs.com for assistance (e.g. reset account).

 

I have posted the job online. Will it be reflected on the portal immediately?

No. Once the job is posted, the portal administrator will review the job posting to assess if it fulfil the requirements. Do give us up to 2 working days to approve / reject the job posting.

 

Will I get notified if there is job application sent to me?

Yes, you will get notified via email when there is job application sent to you. You are required to login to the system at https://kaplan.findsgjobs.com/ to update the application status to: Shortlisted, Hired, Rejected, or Arrange Interview as appropriate.

 

I cannot view candidates’ contact details.

Employer is required to login to the system, go to “Application”, and update candidate’s application status to “Shortlisted” to view their contact details.

 

How do I access and schedule a video interview?

 You are required to login to the system at https://kaplan.findsgjobs.com/ and shortlist the candidate that you will like to arrange an interview with under “schedule interview” tab.

  • Login to the system at the allocated interview time and click “Attend interview” to start a video interview session.

 

Who can call for the video interview session?

Only employer can initiate to call / end the interview session.

 

Can I use mobile phone to conduct video interview?

For better user experience, do login using a laptop or desktop to attend the video interview session.

 

When can I chat with the jobseekers?

After logging in at https://kaplan.findsgjobs.com/, log in under the company booth page; your chat status will automatically change to online status. An online/offline icon will be displayed, and all chat sessions are initiated by jobseekers.

 

Can I have multiple chat session with jobseekers?

Yes, you can have multiple chat session with different job seekers concurrently.

 

Can I login to the mobile phone to conduct the chat session with jobseeker?

For better user experience, do login using a laptop or desktop to conduct the chat. 

 

Do I need to update the interview status for all candidates that have applied to my company?

Yes, you will need to update the interview status for all candidates that have submitted their applications to you.

 

When is the deadline to update the candidate application status?

You are required to update the candidate application status via My Application at the end of the event.

 

If I’m facing technical issues using the Virtual Career Fair, who can I contact?
