Job Description

  • Handle customers via phone/email – queries on Bill of lading and container release etc.
  • Process customer bookings – export, switching and amendment of Bill of lading etc.
  • Perform counter duties – acceptance and verification of cheques etc.
  • Liase with Transshipment Team/Terminal etc on customer requirements.
  • Attend to requirements of VIP customers.
  • OOCL E-services - promote and guide customer etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Self motivated, goal driven, target achievement oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player
